Matthew R. Chelette, P.E.
Project Engineer

Mr. Chelette has 8 years experience in transportation engineering.

He currently serves as Project Engineer working on projects in the Transportation Engineering Department for Solid Civil Design, LLC. His responsibilities include developing roadway construction plans in accordance with the client’s scope, criteria, and design guidelines. He works directly with the Project Managers providing valuable input in design decisions and assistance in all tasks, contributing to the design process.

In Alabama, Mr. Chelette assisted in the design of a number of roadway projects for ALDOT and other clients including: Auburn Technology Parkway, SR 261, Shelby County; I-459 Preliminary Design, Jefferson County; Maxine Bridge over the Locust Fork of the Warrior River, Jefferson County; South Sauty Creek Bridge, Marshall County; Slab Creek Bridge, Marshall County; Brighton Main Street Extension, Jefferson County; Brighton McClain Street, Jefferson County.
